Meet Your Community Schools Specialist

Hi! I'm Lizandra Aceves, your Community Schools Specialist.

My role is to support students, families, and staff by connecting our school community with resources and opportunities that help every child thrive.

I work alongside families to remove barriers to learning, strengthen family engagement, and build partnerships that support student success both inside and outside the classroom.

I am here to help with:

✔ Connecting families with community resources

✔ Parent workshops and family engagement opportunities

✔ School events and volunteer opportunities

✔ Attendance support

✔ McKinney-Vento (housing assistance)

✔ Basic needs referrals

✔ Community partnerships

✔ Family questions and support
